it's Home

"And I was sick with heartache"
This already feels to be turning into an unexpectedly GREAT time of Christmas at home! Truly, all my fears and frustrations have just tonight been calmed and a light of treasure-full chats and lovely evenings is in sight. A quick conclusion had resulted from being here for the first hour, but soon I realized that, indeed, there are people I have truly missed and will enjoy catching up with.

"No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you." Joshua 1:5
God is all-sufficient and ever present with us, even myself! It's an exciting prospect to take part in a different and new, yet familiar community. Richmond can wait until January.

Tempeh

Make a cup o' tea.

A full and fantastic day was had! There was lots of service time rendered to the Northside community of Richmond and interesting delvings of my tastebud curiosities, along with fun classtime and fantastic women's small group!

Current conclusions to these ventures:

-Definitely, next semester, will include continued work visits to the Westminster FreeMarket. With the included mental note to NEVER own more than 6 pairs of pants!
-Picking up the fight against tempeh; however, continuing to always take the opportunity to indulge my interests in new foods and restaurantes.
-Loved Jesus in the NT, and all 6 compadres
-♥!

I bring you string

Today has been odd. My classes are ending and I feel like Balto still trapped inside the ice cave, finally able to see the lighted exit, but it is unknown as to whether I'll be able to reach the outside before the cave crumbles on top of me. The only option; however, is to run toward the light!

Yesterday and today I went to the interfaith room on campus and read and prayed with the Lord. My time of the day is 11am-Noon. It is hoped I'll be able to spend at least half an hour in that time each day devoted to some full attention communion with Jehovah. Nehemiah has been a good pick up this week and I'm excited to hopefully fully read this book of the Ketuvim.

That is Emilie's toothpaste.

wow seminary

Is there a possibility to transfer immediately?
systematic theology,
biblical hermeneutics,
christology,
eschatology,
pneumatology,
christian soteriology,
ecclesiology,
book by book, verse by verse,
classical greek,
ancient hebrew,
chapel,
and readinggggg.

I'd like to sit in a hammock in my living room and have an orbiting seminary/divinity school engulf my head!! Study and learning and worship and living with other seminarians! Let's talk about the deep questions, let's praise the Lord for His amazing grace and unending love and discuss the giant depths of Himself and His plans and purpose!

These are enthralling;
